Rent terms
At AnyCars, we strive to make the car rental process simple, transparent, and convenient for all our clients. Before booking, we recommend carefully reviewing the rental terms.
Age Requirement
You can rent a car if you are at least 21 years old. This restriction is set by our insurance company, so we kindly ask for your understanding. If you are under 21, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a vehicle.
Driving Experience
A minimum of 1 year of driving experience is required to rent a car. Driving experience refers to the full years listed on your valid driver’s license since the date of issue. Please note that your experience must match the specific category of the vehicle. All our vehicles belong to category B.
Driver’s License
To rent a car, you need a valid driver’s license recognized in Georgia. If you are unsure whether your license is valid in the country, it is best to obtain an international driving permit for peace of mind.
Holders of Russian driver’s licenses can drive in Georgia without issues if less than 12 months have passed since their last entry into the country.
If your license is issued in another country, we recommend verifying the conditions in advance.
Refundable Deposit
If the rental terms for a specific car include a refundable deposit, this means the amount will be held as a security deposit at the start of the rental period. In the event of damage to the vehicle during use, the deposit may be partially or fully withheld. If no damage occurs during the rental period, the full deposit will be refunded upon the vehicle’s return.
Insurance
All our vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage, ensuring you are protected from significant financial risks in case of damage. Your liability for any damage does not exceed the deposit amount set at the time of rental.
However, it is important to note that standard insurance coverage does not include damage to windows or tires. These parts of the vehicle are not covered under the main policy, so any repair or replacement costs will be the renter's responsibility.
